MENTORSHIP PrOGRAM
FINDING INSPIRATION IN EVERY TURN
As you may be aware, WIS holds mentorship programs across the country. We are very excited to bring this initiative to the West Coast! (Did someone say the “Best Coast”?)
We are looking for mentors and mentees to apply for this one-year pilot program, running from January 2025 through December 2025. Here's what you can expect during your time in this program:
Mentees - You'll have the opportunity to be paired with a mentor in the industry and work on your chosen personal and professional goals. Mentees should have a minimum of two (2) years of experience in the surety industry.
Mentors - You'll have the opportunity to serve as a guide to develop and refine desired skillsets, set professional and personal goals, create a safe space, share your personal experiences in the surety industry and why you believe it is a rewarding career path.
Time commitment: 1-3 hours a month
