MENTORSHIP PrOGRAM

Women In Surety is thrilled to announce the 2026-2027 Mentorship Program for the West Coast chapter. Did someone say the "Best Coast?" Throughout this program you will have the opportunity to be a mentor, mentee, or both! We are looking for mentors and mentees to apply for this 10-month program (September 2026 - June 2027). 

 

Mentees - You'll have the opportunity to be paired with a mentor in the industry and work on your chosen personal and professional goals. Mentees should have a minimum of one (1) years of experience in the surety industry.

Mentors - You'll have the opportunity to serve as a guide to develop and refine desired skillsets, set professional and personal goals, create a safe space, share your personal experiences in the surety industry and why you believe it is a rewarding career path.

 

Time commitment: 1-2 hours a month
